The Group started its debut during 1982 with the set-up of Al Suweidi Law Firm, now Baitulhikma Law Firm , the activities of the Group had expanded and diversified since then to cover a variety of sixteen Companies working within seven major jurisdiction employing more than 300 employees active across ten core sectors.

The Group is owned and chaired by Mr. Suphi Salt a lawyers and an entrepreneur born 1950 who also heads the operations of the Group in UAE, Oman, Jordan and South Sudan.

Dr. Ercument Salt is the regional Manager of the Group’s operations in Turkey.

Engineer Abbas Assaf, an Oil &Gas specialist is the head of the Group’s technical operations in Iraq.

Mr. Mustafa Younes is the head trading operations in Iraq.
